Interesting points: Share of wallet is nearly 3x for fans vs. non fans. Mostbrands measure social efforts based on traditional brand attributes; favorability, loyalty and preference. Still no sliver bullet around ROI.
I do believe that there are still more responsed based uses for followers and fans; offers, discounts, event promotion etc.
